- fitball / stability ball / physio-ball
- medicine ball (minimum of 4 lbs) or assorted dumbbells (from 5-12 lbs)
- yoga mat

An upper body based training camp designed to increase your upper body strength, muscle definition, and tone through a series of challenging upper body strength and endurance exercises.

- medicine ball (minimum of 4 lbs) or assorted dumbbells (up to 15lbs)

booty-POP
A lower body based training camp designed to increase your lower body strength, increase butt, hip & leg muscle definition, and tone through a series of challenging lower body strength and endurance exercises.
