A core based training camp designed to increase your overall core strength and define your abdomen through a series of intense core based exercises.

Equipment needed:

  • fitball / stability ball / physio-ball
  • medicine ball (minimum of 4 lbs) or assorted dumbbells (from 5-12 lbs)
  • yoga mat
 

POP-eye

An upper body based training camp designed to increase your upper body strength, muscle definition, and tone through a series of challenging upper body strength and endurance exercises.

Equipment needed:

  • fitball / stability ball / physio-ball
  • medicine ball (minimum of 4 lbs) or assorted dumbbells (up to 15lbs)
  • yoga mat
 

booty-POP

A lower body based training camp designed to increase your lower body strength, increase butt, hip & leg muscle definition, and tone through a series of challenging lower body strength and endurance exercises.

Equipment needed:

  • fitball / stability ball / physio-ball
  • medicine ball (minimum of 10 lbs) or assorted dumbbells (up to 20lbs)
  • yoga mat
