I honestly don’t know where to start in terms of what this program has meant to me. It has switched my thinking in so many ways. This program has shown me that with the right exercises, consistent strength training and interval work; that the exercise in combination with healthy eating can make a significant difference. I have far surpassed any goals I had for myself. I am very proud of the changes I have been able to make through your program and guidance, and I am appreciating my body more than ever before. I enjoyed being on the eye-POPPING program and wish I had signed up for the longer version. The food was a lot to prepare in the beginning but once I got in the rhythm and started cooking several amounts at a time, it became easier. I wasn’t hungry and therefore I could focus more easily at work and was more productive. My clothes fit better and I no longer have my stomach hanging over my thighs when I sit down. But the most significant improvement me for me was my mood levels. I cry easily and become frustrated when I am dealing with my 17 year old daughter with autism. Her communication is very limited so when she is having a bad day, we all suffer. I found while I was on Meryl’s program, I was able to cope and handle her moods better. I can’t explain why, I just noticed I was calmer and less anxious and less tearful. This made my home life very enjoyable. Golf testimonials.

In February of 2010 I had the TPI assessment completed by Meryl and began a specific workout program for my off-season. When I was reevaluated in late April, my fitness handicap had dropped significantly. I maintained an in-season workout, and found on the range and the course I was hitting the ball further, with more power & accuracy then last year. I look forward to another off-season of TPI focused workouts, as I now realize how valuable golf specific fitness is to my game. My TPI assessment with Meryl made me realize what limitations I have and how they affect my swing.
